James joined H.I.E.C four years ago, bringing with him a wealth of experience from a distinguished career in Executive Search. As a newly appointed Partner, James will play a pivotal role in expanding our firm’s reach across Europe, the United States, and the Middle East. He has been focusing on a broad spectrum of assignments in Business and Professional Services – from pure play strategy to broader technology and consulting services spanning senior roles in ESG, DE&I including a number of senior female appointments.

James started his career in professional services boutiques including Vantage Market Entry and eg.1. He later moved to be part of the Consulting and Technology Services practice at Wilton & Bain before joining H.I.E.C in June of 2019.

Throughout his tenure with us, James has consistently delivered exceptional results, working on a wide variety of projects that have significantly contributed to our clients’ success.
