Executive Consulting (H.I.E.C) is delighted to announce that it has secured a spot in the top 50 of Forbes’ America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms list for the fifth consecutive year, and has improved its ranking to 42nd place. Forbes publishes this list annually, with a total of 150 firms ranked. H.I.E.C has demonstrated consistent progress in the rankings over the last five years, a testament to its sustained growth and enhanced reputation as a premier provider of executive search services.
Forbes selected H.I.E.C and other executive search firms based on the results of an independent peer review survey conducted by Forbes in collaboration with market research firm Statista to evaluate companies that focus on filling positions with salaries of $100,000 or higher. The rankings were determined through a survey that collected feedback from over 5,200 external recruiters, HR or hiring managers, and job seekers who had recently worked with a recruitment firm.
