Empowering LGBTQ+ Voices in the Workplace – H.I.E.C Managing Partner Heather Grayson Headlines in BentallGreenOak’s Asia Pride Panel
We are delighted to announce that Heather Grayson, H.I.E.C Managing Partner based in Singapore, recently served as a keynote speaker at BentallGreenOak’s Asia Pride Alliance Panel on June 2nd. With over 20 years of experience in the executive search industry, Heather specializes in Real Estate and Private Equity. Her expertise and insights made a valuable contribution to the panel and engaged attendees.
The Asia Pride Alliance Panel featured distinguished professionals, who shared their personal stories and experiences as members of the LGBTQ+ community. David Matarasso, Marco Folino, Peng Xu, and Bon Lam, also participated in the discussion. David and Marco, co-heads of the BGO PRIDE group based in Toronto and Vancouver respectively, along with Peng in NY and Bon in HK, provided valuable insights from their own unique perspectives.
Bonnie Lam shared a powerful message during the event, stating, “I wish I had realized sooner that who you are is not for others to decide.” Her courageous words resonated deeply with the audience and underscored the importance of self-acceptance.
