Thomas joins from Accenture, a Fortune 500 Technology Services firm, where he served as the Global Head of Leadership Talent Acquisition in their Products Group, a $9.5B business unit. In this role, he was responsible for the hiring of Senior Managing Directors across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, and leading diversity initiatives resulting in 31%+ gender diversity at the MD level.

Prior to joining Accenture, Thomas led Executive Recruitment at Genpact. He joined Genpact to build the North American executive recruitment team that was transitioning from India to the United States at the time, a goal that he successfully accomplished in 18 months. He additionally served as Senior Practice Leader for Financial Services & Insurance practice lines at Infosys, and Associate Director Recruiting at Cognizant. Thomas held various Sales, Product Management, and Marketing roles earlier in his career for Compuware and Unisys.
