H.I.E.C welcomes new North America Partner, Mary Francia

H.I.E.C H.I. Executive Consulting), the leading global executive search firm, is pleased to welcome Mary Francia as Partner. Based in Boca Raton, Florida, Mary joins at a time of significant growth in North America for the firm.

A Global Strategy expert with over 25 years of diverse leadership experience and P&L ownership across the Technology, Telecom, Consumer Electronics, Media, and Healthcare sectors.

Mary joins H.I.E.C from Odgers Berndtson, where she held the role of Partner, both leading the Board practice and as a member of the US Technology practice, she was also Head of the Miami office.
Prior to Odgers, Mary worked at SEROWIRES, an international boutique consultancy, where she helped CEO’s and Boards understand the impact of technology on their strategy and business models. Mary has previously worked for major Telecoms and Technology brands, including Nokia and Philips, heading business innovation, market and portfolio strategy.
